FlexCut 35 Air Plasma Cutter Handheld Ready-Pak. It has a built in air compressor, so it can cut without an external shop-air supply. It operates on 120/240V, provides 15-35 amps, and is rated for 1/4″ mild steel cut, 3/8″ maximum and 1/2″ severance.
