Our Story

Cunningham Equipment Inc. was started in 1946 by 
Joseph A. Cunningham Sr. The first authorized line of welding equipment given to Mr. Cunningham was Miller Electric. Joe Cunningham remained good friends with Lars Miller, and later, after Lars’ passing, with Mrs. Elizabeth Miller as well. Joe sold so many Miller welding machines Lars Miller agreed to brand machines for Cunningham Equipment. Marketed under“Welding Wholesale” and later “WeldSale” brands these machines can still be found hard at work in many older welding shops. We have been a distributor of National Standard MIG welding wire since 1969, and a long time distributor ofAronson, Thermal Dynamics, Ampco, Bug-O, McKay andStoody just to name a few.

We are a family owned and operated welding supply distributorship. We value trust and honesty in the transaction with our customers. As a family business, we have thrived on highly personalized service and technical know how.
